What you get with dedicated infrastructure

KVM virtualization

Full hardware-accelerated KVM — no shared hypervisor, no noisy neighbors. Nested virtualization available. Your VMs run on your physical cores.

ZFS storage

ZFS with optional RAID-Z pools. Native checksumming, compression, snapshots, and send/recv replication. NVMe-backed pools available for latency-sensitive workloads.

Proxmox cluster access

Proxmox VE for VM and container management. Web UI, REST API, and pvesh CLI access. Full control over BIOS settings, CPU pinning, and memory ballooning.

iSCSI SAN

TrueNAS-backed iSCSI block storage. Provision zvols, attach to VMs as dedicated block devices. Separate storage plane from compute.

NVMe-backed volumes

Fast local NVMe for OS volumes and databases. ZFS ARC caching and optional L2ARC for frequently accessed datasets.

IPv4 + IPv6

Dedicated IPv4 address included. IPv6 /64 on request. BGP routing available if you bring your own prefix — see our BGP service.

Web console + SSH

noVNC HTML5 console for out-of-band access. Web-based SSH client included. No VPN required to reach your management interface.

Cloud-init support

Cloud-init or netboot.xyz for OS deployment. Bring your own image or use ours. Full control over user-data and network configuration.

What people run on dedicated hardware

Game servers

Low-latency KVM with dedicated physical cores. No shared CPU contention. 1 Gbps uplink. Suitable for Minecraft, Valheim, ARK, and custom game server deployments.

Production databases

High-memory configs up to 128 GB RAM. ZFS with ARC caching for PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB. Dedicated iSCSI volumes for data directories.

ML & compute workloads

High-core-count VMs for CPU-bound inference and training. ZFS pool for dataset storage. Proxmox CPU pinning and NUMA topology awareness.

Private cloud

Run your own Proxmox cluster on dedicated hardware. Ideal for teams that need predictable performance, full BIOS access, and zero-overhead virtualization.

CI/CD infrastructure

Isolated build environments with snapshot-and-revert between jobs. ZFS snapshots are atomic and near-instant. No external snapshot service needed.

Backup target

Large-capacity ZFS pools for off-site backup reception. iSCSI or NFS endpoints. Compatible with Proxmox Backup Server, Veeam, Restic, and rsync.

How the infrastructure is built

Hypervisor
Proxmox VE (KVM/QEMU). Full hardware virtualization. Nested virt available on request.
Storage
ZFS pools on NVMe. Optional RAID-Z2 for redundancy. iSCSI targets provisioned via TrueNAS.
Networking
1 Gbps uplink per node. Dedicated IPv4 + IPv6. VLAN isolation between customers.
Management
Proxmox web UI, REST API, and pvesh CLI. noVNC console. Web SSH client.
OS deployment
Cloud-init via Proxmox config drive. netboot.xyz for PXE-style installs. Custom ISO upload available.
Snapshots
ZFS atomic snapshots via the portal. Rollback in-place or clone to new VM.
Monitoring
QEMU guest agent for metrics. Portal dashboard shows CPU, memory, disk, and network I/O.
Backups
Optional iSCSI target or NFS share for off-cluster backup reception. Proxmox Backup Server compatible.
